Having sold our Kawasaki Vulcan Classic LT, my wife and I needed something fun to replace it. We decided on a convertible, searched the interweb and found a great deal on a 1997 Chevy Camaro Z28 convertible. Generally, I prefer Fords and I did look at Mustangs but this Camaro was a really good deal so we pulled the trigger and brought it home. 285 hp, automatic, loaded, Polo green, leather interior, 48,000 original miles and in great shape, in and out. Quite fast with great handling and a sharp looking car. My wife never had a convertible (I had a '68 Mustang and a '69 Torino GT convertible) and really enjoys top down driving. I just hope the wife lets me drive it.
A sad day today. We sold our 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic LT that we have enjoyed for 11 years. We'll miss the sunny day rides through the Connecticut country side but we have a lot of good memories and enjoyed the rides every time we saddled up. Unfortunately, health issues forced the sale so it was time for it to go to a new owner who can enjoy it as much as we did.
